Here’s the new single from LUMP – the musical collaboration between Laura Marling and Mike Lindsay (read my little interview I recently did with Mike here).
Not only is this a fabulous piece of music, I notice that this wonderful video was directed and animated by Beth Jeans Houghton. She’s a talented lady. She was pulled out of the crowd in front of the main stage at the Green Man Festival in 2007 when Devendra Banhart was on stage and invited to sing one of her own songs, which she did brilliantly! As I recall, she even retuned his guitar while she was there. I booked her a few times to perform officially after that. She now records under the name Du Blonde.
