‘Bauhaus – I hadn’t been a massive fan but a girlfriend at the time was. I loved Bela Lugosi’s Dead but can’t say I liked much of their other stuff. The girlfriend was a disaster as all she ever did was go on about a previous boyfriend (who she ended up marrying)J. Fun times.
Kraftwerk – I really got into them around 1980 and when they announced gigs I had to see them. I actually saw them twice. I think it was the Hammersmith Odeon and Palais. Their was identical and in the same order at both gigs – I guess it was all programmed but again a fantastic memory.’

‘The Siouxsie & The Banshees gigs were all in 1981 around the time of the JuJu album. Saw them three times – at the Hammersmith Palais – not sure of the date as they did more than one gig there, Bracknell Sports Centre Sept 4th and The Woolwich Odeon July 23rd . They did a massive number of dates on that tour. The girlfriend of a mate of mine and my girlfriend at the time were massive fans. I was a big fan but not as much as The Clash. I recall great renditions of Christine, Arabian Nights and Israel. Also remember Siouxsie and Richard Jobson from The Skids chatting/drinking in a segregated area before they went on stage.’

‘I saw the Clash four times in all, the first being in Oct 19th 1981 when they did 5 nights at the Lyceum.
This was a fantastic gig and I probably got the best photos there. Sadly I don’t really recall many of the songs but do remember Guns of Brixton sung by Paul Simonon and Clash City Rockers.‘

Cool to see! Great of you to put them on here, thanks!
